- Oversee day of set up beginning 3 hours prior to ceremony
- Coordinate ceremony including bridal party and guests direction before and after
- Ensure proper reception site set up
- Organize and cue bridal party and family members throughout reception intros, dances…
- Ensure timely food and beverage service with facility/caterer
- Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors
- Remain on site until 2 hours prior to scheduled conclusion of reception
