- Prepare timeline for wedding day & distribute to bridal party
- Confirm all day of details with various vendors and venues within 2 weeks of event
- Oversee day of set up beginning 4 hours prior to ceremony
- Obtain and deliver additional items to ceremony and reception sites
- Coordinate ceremony including bridal party and guests direction before and after
- Ensure proper reception site set up
- Assist photographer with obtaining requested photos
