This Day-Of package is the perfect plan for the couple who has made all of the arrangements and needs someone to make it all happen. Let Plan J Events, Inc. bring your hours of planning to fruition so you can enjoy the day. This plan includes the following:
- Prepare timeline for wedding day & distribute to bridal party
- Confirm all day-of details with various vendors and venues within 2 weeks of event
- Oversee day-of set up beginning 3 hours prior to ceremony
- Obtain and deliver additional items to ceremony and reception sites
- Coordinate ceremony including bridal party and guests direction before and after
- Ensure proper reception site set up
- Assist photographer with obtaining requested photos
- Organize and cue bridal party and family members throughout reception intros, dances…
- Ensure timely food and beverage service with facility/caterer
- Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors
- Remain on site until scheduled conclusion of reception
