- Prepare timeline for wedding day & distribute to bridal party
- Confirm all day-of details with various vendors and venues within 2 weeks of event
- Handle accommodations and transportation for out-of-town guests
- Create and deliver welcome baskets for guests
- Create custom favors, table signs, place cards, programs…
- Obtain and deliver additional items to ceremony and reception sites
- Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors
- Plan and coordinate engagement celebrations, bridal luncheons or next-day brunches
